In the Name of the Divine the Most Merciful the Most Kind
The Rabbani Project and Rumi’s Cave Present:

Sheikh Hassan Dyck at Rumi’s Cave – Sheikh Hasan Dyck, head representative for Germany of the Naqshbandi golden Chain Sufi path, will be visiting Rumis cave on Tuesday 8th March 2016 for dhikr, poetry and song from 7pm-9pm.

Sheikh Hassan, who serves the Grand Sheikh, Sheikh Nazim al-Haqqani ar-Rabbani (KS), head representative in Germany is humble, modest and genuine sincere to his Sheikh as known by many in the Tariqah.

Sheikh Hassan, born Peter Dyck, found his way to Islam while studying Indian music. He still performs on his cello to this day. His concerts combine Sufi wisdom with the soft tones of his stringed instrument. “Sufism is the heart of Islam. There can be no Sufism without Islam, and no Islam without Sufism,” says Sheikh Hassan. Faith needs rules, just like love and a mystical core, he goes on. “It’s like a coconut: the sweet milk is surrounded by a hard shell that has to be penetrated first.” As far as Sheikh Hassan is concerned, tolerance is the highest virtue, a basic prerequisite of the Sufi path. Without tolerance, he says, there can be no humanity.
